Deep in the heart of an Enchanted Forest, very near Lucy’s studio, there is a secret and magical cottage. It has been the source of inspiration for Lucy and her artist friends for many years. It appears in many guises in Lucy’s paintings. In this particular picture the cottage is surrounded by an abundance of English bluebells, prevalent in the forest once a year. Lucy has also painted some of the rare bluebell fairies that make a brief appearance when the bluebells are in full bloom!
