Say hello to our party hat headbands!

Stylish and comfortable, they are attached to a soft nylon elastic and meant to be worn around the back of the head, behind the ears, not as a typical party hat!

Hand-placed pastel 3d mouse ears, sequins for a sweet flair, soft fit! hand-stitched pom, made from a few dozen layers of mixed tulle and fibers. 

5 inches tall, 3 inches wide. Elastic stretches for a wide fit.
