Porcelain / Ceramic Vintage Victorian Couple, Made In Occupied Japan.

Very nice figurine dating from 1945 to 1952 when Japan was occupied by Alllied forces, mostly led by the US. The Japanese were not happy with the occupation so they labeled items made as "Made in Occupied Japan". Approximately 5.5" tall and 4 " wide.

There are no chips or cracks and the piece is in excellent condition considering its age.
